Our PVDF Coating System is a multi-layered coating, comprising of a primer coat, topcoat and clear coat, as its core system. Applied one by one in a specific colour order, to achieve the desired aesthetic.
The Pattern Layers can range from 1-10 layers, depending on the complexity of the targeted material.
The more patterned layers are incorporated, the more detailed the finish becomes, up to 90% in likeness. The Rusted Metal series in layered PVDF, is more stable than real patina metal products as there is no oxidation process involved. Providing a longer lasting appearance with no colour fading, aging or bleeding.
This coating system carries a 20-year warranty and complies with AAMA 2605 standards.
