The Wagga Wagga Hospital redevelopment was managed directly by NSW Health Infrastructure, rather than via the typical external project management consultancy model. SOLIDAL® was appointed to assist Health Infrastructure with Improving external cladding redevelopment for the project. In doing so, we provided a resource that was embedded in the NSW Health Infrastructure external project team.
