PMP are large format screens in either perforated or non-perforated options. Designed to be draped over a building envelope to emulate a metal curtain, with larger than normal span fixings due to the robust strength of PMP screens.

PMP is made of solid aluminium. Certified non-combustible.

Low carbon eCO2 aluminium optional.

PMP Screens can be supplied in both perforated and non-perforated formats, depending on the project requirements. Non-perforated panels are often used where full visual screening, weather protection, or a solid architectural expression is required.

Yes. PMP screens can be used in both façade cladding and roofing applications. The system’s pressed aluminium geometry allows it to function as an architectural screen, façade element, or roof screening solution where ventilation, shading, or visual screening is required.

Precision-engineered on proprietary machinery, PMP ranges from 2mm to 6mm in thickness, crafted with proprietary custom moulds. PMP is metal formed first in mill finish and coated as the very last procedure. The distinctive shapes and designs of PMP not only make a bold architectural statement both inside and outside the building but also minimize the need for extensive sub-framing, thanks to its capability to span larger distances.

Delivered ready for installation, PMP eliminates the need for on-site cutting, machining, or coating. Moreover, when applied over the glazing, PMP offers substantial shading, thus reducing buildings’ energy output.

Span fixings up to 4000mm, with the ability to cantilever up to 1500mm depending on PMP series.

Yes, SOLIDAL® span tables for PMP series have been meticulously prepared by TTW Engineers ensuring precision, accuracy, and reliability for façade design professionals.
Depending on environmental factors, we can assume an average durability 50 years.

The significant shading effect of the PMP facade contributes significantly to the energy efficiency of a building. When compared to other fabricated products, PMP screens are 100% aluminium and can be fully recycled at end-of-life span. PMP is optionally manufactured using low-carbon aluminium as the base metal.

SOLIDAL® is proud that they make every effort for traceability of original source materials, from mined Australian bauxite to offshore smelters using either solar or hydroelectric power. The use of PMP provides significant shading thus reducing the building’s energy output.

SOLIDAL® offers an extensive range of high-performance finishes designed to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

  1. Post-Applied Wet Spray PVDF (Kynar 500®): A premium fluoropolymer coating applied after fabrication, delivering outstanding UV stability, colour depth, and long-term fade resistance—ideal for iconic architectural facades and harsh environments.
  2. Akzonobel Interpon®, Dulux Duratec® & Dulux Fluoroset® Powder Coatings: Available in matte, satin, gloss, and textured options. These offer reliable durability and a wide colour palette suitable for commercial and residential applications.
